What you’ll be doing...

As the Senior Analyst, you will be part of a team administering the severance, outplacement programs and unemployment process by having a strong understanding of policies and applicable systems.
**This position must sit in Irving, TX.**
You will process departmental monthly invoices and participate in budget forecasting.

  • Answering severance and unemployment policy and process questions from HR Business Partners and employees.
  • Reporting and analyzing severance and outplacement data.
  • Accurately updating system records.
  • Supporting system updates by testing and creating requirements.
  • Processing invoices for various human resources operations programs.
  • Serving as back-up support for the processing of unemployment claims.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of Human Resources or relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Workday.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources programs.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis software (e.g. Excel, Sheets, etc.) with strong analytic ability.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good verbal and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
