VLT is engaged in an active phase of growth and looking for an experienced and passionate Partner Strategy Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for improving the growth and expansion of VLT and our products by developing broad and deep alliances with key Partners. This role will be responsible for formalizing partner programs which includes: managing new and existing partners, building a shared vision, and driving revenue growth leading to joint engagement in the field.

  • Grow, and proactively manage relationships with key strategic alliance partners and inspire and influence them to partner with VLT.
  • Identify ways to maximize value for both parties. Develop further engagement plans to achieve long-term partner goals.
  • Be the subject matter expert and champion for our partners, educating them on our platform, landscape and how it fits with their organization.
  • Create VLT visibility and traction within all levels of partner organizations. Collaborate with cross-functionally within VLT.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities and challenges.
  • Understand partner business priorities, finding opportunities for the creation of value for Partners, Customers and VLT.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of experience managing relationships with high value accounts.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience building partner programs to support rapid and high value business growth opportunities.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • MBA.
  • Proven track record in partner development and business development.
  • Experience in the geospatial space.
  • Experience owning client relationships end-to-end including owning and executing on the forecast.
  • Experience executing on business strategies in an individual contributor role.
  • Outstanding financial, analytical, negotiating and creative problem-solving skills that result in successful partnerships across key KPIs.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully to diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
  • Analytical, planning and organizational ability.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $110,700 and $205,700 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.  This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
