What you’ll be doing...

As a project manager, you will be working on (but not limited to) DC power, AC power, generators, HVAC, facility management systems (Fire, BMS) and general construction projects. This position will be part EMEA wide with some potential projects in Asia Pacific. The project manager will have overall responsibility for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of multiple projects. You will be required to drive initiatives from the initial concept and design through to handover to operations.

  • Review and evaluate electrical engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Review and evaluate electrical engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Review and evaluate mechanical engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Understanding of Building Management (BMS) and Power Monitoring System (PMS).
  • Collaborating with internal & external parties to develop ideal solution for the business.
  • Liaising with product experts and consultants to jointly develop solutions.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering subject or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in managing large cross-functional or enterprise-wide projects.
  • Willingness to Travel in Europe and Asia Pacific.
  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have:

  • A 2nd degree in business, finance, computer science, engineering.
  • Experience in leadership roles in technology management.
  • Three or more years of experience in managing large cross-functional or enterprise-wide projects.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence organizational direction and departmental initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Project management certification.
  • Experience using the full suite of Microsoft Office and Google suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including: Communicating - written, oral, listening, speaking, Negotiating – reaching agreements; Problem Solving – decision making; Influencing – getting things done.
  • Track record of successful project execution.
  • Ability to be resilience and to be tenacity during tough assignments.
  • Knowledge to understand a project’s technical breadth (e.g. call flow, billing, provisioning, operations, etc.)
