What you’ll be doing...

The work you’ll be doing will help ensure that software solutions work as expected and meet the requirements of their users. You will be working with colleagues across IT to improve designs, identify performance constraints, resolve complex system issues and communicate required changes. The solutions you help implement will help meet our customer’s needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.

  • Planning, tracking and reporting on complex projects, establishing clear roadmaps for project delivery and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing systems and applications to deliver business functions and improve system architecture designs.
  • Analyzing architecture, relationships between systems and systems flow to ensure alignment with desired end user experience.
  • Developing, executing and modifying test scripts to test business processes and products across applications.
  • Designing, testing and troubleshooting network configurations, resolving complex system issues.
  • Producing technical documentation to describe system capabilities and performance and demonstrate the value of solutions.
  • Tools/Skill-Quality Performance Center,Jira/Jenkins/DevOPS tools, automation of test scripts, web-service technology, ODI Integer, Oracle SQL Creations and Execution.

Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggling multiple activities and changing priorities comes easily to you.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Threeor more years of relevant work experience.
  • Database Experience, backend testing, Unix (shell scripting, navigation, file ,editing, etc)
  • Experience with integration testing and testing enterprise systems.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with software development and quality assurance.
  • Experience with developing quick solutions to complex issues.
  • Experience in Virtualization, Software Defined Network, Network Function virtualization, vendor management and tools.
  • Experience automating test scripts using Selenium tools.
  • Creating and executing Test Cases, Test Plans in accordance with business requirements using DevOPS tools.
  • Experience utilizing Oracle SQL to analyze, create and update test data as needed to support test cases.
  • Ability to track and report defects and testing status for development enhancements.
  • Experience with Test Web based applications/Web Services,
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work across organizations and with cross-functional teams, on a global scale.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to develop quick yet sound solutions to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction.
