What you’ll be doing...

You will help our most important customers move their business forward. As a trusted advisor, you’ll create value for us and our customers by solving their business problems. You’ll bring a consultative selling approach and become an expert for your customers and your peers by expertly packaging and tailoring our solutions to meet customer needs. Your role is critical to establish us as the premier business partner in your accounts.

  • Leading a global systems integrator account with ten million dollars or more annual revenue.
  • Understanding and evaluating industry, business and customer trends to build strategic plans that drive sales.
  • Developing deep relationships with your customer(s) (including C-level / Board Level) while getting to know their business, markets and the challenges they face.
  • Lead an account team on opportunity development for solutions sales and guide the overall account relationship.
  • Engaging overlay sales teams to craft creative solutions that addresses business outcomes and delivers on value to help customers realize their goals.
  • Growing our business while making customer happy.

This role is remote may be located in any valid US location.

You enjoy digging deep to really understand the customer’s vision along with their unique situation and challenges. You like putting things together in new and creative ways to best solve the customer’s most pressing needs. You look for win-win solutions wherever you can and enjoy collaborating with others. You’re not afraid of analytics and like to talk hard data.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of industry experience with solutions selling to enterprise clients focused on network, security, and professional services.
  • Proven experience aligning solutions to end client business outcomes.
  • Experience in large account development and leadership with executive selling skills both to the customer and in partnership with the customer.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% or less.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree
  • System Integrator sales experience
  • Capability to understand customer’s business requirements and the technology solutions available to address them, consultative thought leadership and experience in negotiating.
  • Sold network and data center solutions like cloud computing, security and customer experience solutions.
  • Developed large multinational and Fortune 500 account relationships with a consultative / solutions through leadership.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively position new ideas.
  • Persuaded and negotiated to create desired outcomes.
  • Balanced multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
