What you’ll be doing...

Responsibilities:

  • Coding, validating and implementing software solutions
  • Gain knowledge on the existing system architecture and flow.
  • Participate in requirements review meetings and perform requirement analysis.
  • Candidate should be able to work very closely with the onshore counterparts.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
  • Handle change requests/support on a daily basis.
  • Involve in all phases of the development cycle
  • Ensure to improve performance of the application on an ongoing basis.
  • Learn while on the job and show measurable results.
  • Partner with QA team to address the identified defects on time.
  • Participate in post implementation issues and performance review.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology / Computer Applications or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of work experience using Salesforce Technology.
  • Service and Sales Cloud implementation experience using Live Agent, Omni Channel, CTI Adapters and API Integrations

Even better if you have:

  • A degree or Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology / Computer Applications.
  • Development experience using VisualForce, APEX, triggers, Classes, Java Script, Lightning API, Workflows , Object Mapping.
  • Experience in implementation on Salesforce CPQ ,and Enterprise product catalog, Data Model, APEX scripting.
