What you’ll be doing...

We provide a unique, high quality sales training program based on a consultative sales approach, and we are committed to supporting you to achieve your goals. If you want to get into the world of sales and build a successful career, we’ll provide the training, all you need is the right attitude.

On this Business Development role you will be calling both inbound inquiries and cold leads with a view to converting them to opportunities to see a demonstration of our platform. This is done by asking qualifying questions,discovering pain points andmanaging those warmer leads to turn them into a qualified appointment that can sell as quickly as possible.

  • Working from existing leads to build and grow your business.
  • Working with our talented marketing team to build your own campaigns.
  • Performing solution-based selling.
  • Running your own desk and reaping the rewards.
  • Developing new businesses by consulting small-to-medium sized business owners.
  • Working closely with senior sales executives and assisting them in closing opportunities via web demonstration.
  • Solving the challenges of business owners and providing the benefits of solutions created.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Motivated with a can do attitude.
  • Capability to be a self-learner
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Strong interpersonal/collaborationskills.
  • Prior sales/industry experience /industry experience.
  • Experience in sales office application Salesforce and Xant.
