What you’ll be doing...

You will be leading a dynamic development organization driving Verizon’s adoption of internal next generation identity and access management offerings. Your team will turn requirements into reality through both development and operational excellence. You will be on the forefront of a growing organization supporting Verizon’s corporate information security mission.

  • Blend of technical and managerial skills to lead a technical development organization.
  • Maintain a strong partnership with U.S. based corporate information security IAM leaders.
  • Lead the development of custom features and implementations in ForgeRock’s SSO application.
  • Support continued development within suite of Broadcom SSO applications until sunset.
  • Grow and develop a robust team of software developers.
  • Perform talent assessments, coaching sessions, and career development sessions with developers and other technical managers.
  • Lead the integration, migration and operation support team for smooth business operations.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Master's degree.
  • Five or more years of experience managing technical development teams.
  • Eight or more year’s of software development experience.
  • Experience with identity and access management processes and systems.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to effectively work in a team environment among resources with a varying degree of technical competencies.
  • Strong organizations and time management skills working in a rapid software development environment.
  • Ability to identify and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with BroadCom Siteminder or ForegRock.
  • Relevant vendor / vendor neutral certification will be added advantage.
  • Information Security domain knowledge.
