What you’ll be doing...

Supports the APAC Real Estate Business Operations Manager to facilitate group business and budget planning activities, date and content management, strategic communications, business process management and strategic program management for APAC and international teams.

  • Manages strategic projects including sustainable programme/project tracking and solutions
  • Leads the APAC Digital Transformation Programme: helps navigate the transition of digitisation initiatives, proactively innovates, and provides digital enablement and implementation support.
  • Facilitates collaboration with GRE teams on business process improvements, change management and transitions
  • Manages structure and sustainable protocols for data and content to be managed including tools and storage.
  • Works with GRE to establish sustainable communication platforms/channels with key stakeholders and develop and collate presentations.
  • Analyses, interprets and verifies data to recommend and measure process improvement.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in program and project management.
  • Experience in emerging technologies where it relates to digital experience.
  • Experience in developing presentations including using various multi-media applications.
  • Experience with process mapping.

Even better if you have:

  • Good presentation skills and strong verbal & written communication skills; also an active listener.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Global Real Estate business administration and operations.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively deal with stressful and time sensitive situations.
  • Flexibility – the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various media and systems, including the Microsoft Suite (Sharepoint, Word , Excel, PowerPoint), graphics programs (such as Adobe Photoshop) and G:Suite skills.
  • Ability to cooperate and work well with others.
  • Capability to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
  • A willingness to consider new ideas and challenge the status quo.
