What you’ll be doing...

  • Operate both as a leader driving thought leadership and remain at the forefront of the new and emerging trends in the Digital Workplace (end user Infrastructure) domain.
  • Manage multiple teams with high levels of complexity and handles general management responsibilities supporting multiple executives of the Digital Workplace - Infrastructure org.
  • Work across Digital workplace teams and may also interact with clients directly when managing large programs.
  • Occupied with solving employee experience issues using technology, and is focused on enabling employee productivity via digital infrastructure and end user compute etc.
  • Exposure to Desktop Planning & Engineering, Endpoint strategy, monitoring and auto-healing is key to success in the role.
  • Automation, Data and Analytics are an important expectation of this role.
  • Sets direction for teams and Develops talent.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science/Information Systems or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent leadership and general management skills and experience in handling deep technical teams.
  • Experience in using ITSM tools like Service Now, Managing, strategizing and driving standards across organization with respect to end user tools, operating system and infrastructure management
  • Experience in digital transformation of employee experience, including managing employee journey within the organization working closely with portfolio teams in enabling persona based compute, packaging, distribution and Mobility engineering and delivering on infrastructure needs for the organization.
  • Experience in Desktop Planning & Engineering, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Planning & Engineering, Endpoint Management is key to success in the role.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant combination of education with twelve or more years of experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management including working with domestic teams, Security and governance teams to enable seamless employee experience within the organization.
  • Proficient in managing relationships & the ability to work across cross cultural teams
  • Passionate about developing people, staying curious and driving the right culture/behaviors in the org.
