What you’ll be doing...

  • Delivering solutions using PEGA platform for Pega case management and decisioning.
  • Applying complex algorithms when developing systems and applications to deliver business functions or architectural components.
  • Using functional expertise, acts as an advisor to management and makes recommendations on more complex projects.
  • Using professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in creative and practical ways.
  • Be part of the Pega community of Practice.
  • Manage and deliver all facets of application optimally through Pega capabilities.

What we’re looking for...

You have gained SME knowledge for one/more areas of the product, Pega and have had hands on experience in implementing large scale applications using it. You can drive programs end to end by providing futuristic designs and marching with the team at each step to take it to completion. You are not afraid of asking the right questions in order to find the best workable solution to the problem. You are self-driven and motivated, with strong communication and analytical skills, you’re a sought-after team member that thrives in a dynamic environment.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of Pega work experience.
  • Pega LSA certification.

Even better if you have:

  • Eight or more years of experience leading and delivering projects of Case Management and BPM.
  • Domain experience of utilizing Pega capabilities at scale with strong internal operational understanding.
  • Experience in building applications from scratch and designing with principles of reuse and optimization.
  • Domain experience on deploying strategies, propositions and tracking metrics for Pega and customer reach.
  • Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and implementing security by design UI design/Navigation experience.
  • Knowledge of the No SQL DBs.
  • Knowledge of agile process.
  • Experience designing of high quality and scalable architectural solutions and supporting the developers.
