What you’ll be doing...

The Digital Operations Center - Monitoring, Tools and Technology team is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to drive our exciting transformation initiatives. You’ll be an important part of our software development cycle, leading the design team and working in conjunction with the development team to bring/scale software projects to completion. You’re solutions-oriented while being skilled at translating functional specifications that can affect systems guidelines, and on the lookout for ways to connect our software projects to enterprise-level systems. You will lead the technology and architecture solutions for solving complex issues related to customer experience analytics, effective and actionable real-time alerts, automation for real-time correction of errors, and transforming the digital operations to reduce customer friction and provide exquisite customer experience.

  • Lead the technology architecture for the Digital Operations Center’s innovation programs.
  • Lead the development of platform architectures related to digital operations, metrics, dashboards, reporting and reference architectures for cloud and integration domains.
  • Lead and guide a diverse team of functional and technical experts to deliver the workable solutions.
  • Define and factor in performance, scalability, availability, resiliency, security, and maintainability when making technology selection and application.
  • Partner and collaborate with the key stakeholders and domain architects to develop architecture roadmaps to drive key strategic initiatives. E.g. the current state architecture, transition state architecture, and the target state architecture.
  • Oversee and facilitate the evaluation and selection of new technology solutions to be leveraged across multiple solutions/projects to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately resulting in technical design, and plan for even the most complex of problems to resolve business or technical needs/issues.
  • Present to executives and senior leadership the vision for the architecture or any new developments in the industry to influence information strategy for digital operations.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information System.

  • Proven experience as software architect.

  • Experience in understanding business problems and creating scalable, durable and maintainable solutions based on a combination of existing and emerging technologies while balancing human resource and financial constraints within timelines that meet business requirements.

  • Experience in one or more core areas like Distributed Systems, High-performance computing, UI Engineering, Information Visualization, Machine Learning etc.

  • Experience in Object Oriented Programming and Web/Mobile based application development.

  • Exposure to Cloud Technologies (IaaS/PaaS), Serverless, DevOps CI/CD.

  • REST WebServices, Microservice Architecture and Application Security.

  • Experience in design and development of organizational metrics, executive reports, and log aggregation dashboards using data visualization tools.

  • Real-time data processing and analysis knowledge.

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies.

  • Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as superior analytical skills.
