What you’ll be doing...

  • Conducting primary and secondary user research.
  • Driving quantitative and qualitative research exercise & evaluate.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to assess/identify potential research topics.
  • Strategizing and plan user research strategies and methodologies.
  • Advocating research findings to diverse audiences through presentations.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior UX researchers on the team.
  • Performing usability studies with user communities/consumers.
  • Using a diverse set of UX research tools.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, industrial design, visual design or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working on enterprise digital product development.
  • Four or more years of UX research experience.
  • Experience with remote testing tools.

Even better if you have:

  • Ability to quickly and effectively share research results.
  • Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration.
  • Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
  • Experience with remote testing tools.
  • A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
