What you’ll be doing...

You will take complete ownership and lead the execution of the ETL process from the offshore development center. The ETL process will majorly focus on collecting data from 50+ support systems on daily basis, handle billions of data records to generate various metrics, business KPI dashboard pertaining to call centers operations.

  • Coordinating with onshore, offshore developers, develop new ETL packages and maintain existing processes.
  • Developing and debugging SSIS package, solve data issues by checking the sources, internal process, and stored procedures.
  • Developing cross-validation rules to ensure data mapping accuracy.
  • Documenting steps required to migrate database objects between various environments including Development, UAT, Staging, and Production.
  • Providing regular project updates to management. Communicate issues, risks, and concerns proactively to management. Highlight the achievements in a timely manner.


What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Fouror more years of experience in the following technologies: MSSQL, SSIS, ETL, PostgreSQL, Talend, C#/JavaScript.
  • Four or more years of experience in ETL jobs and package creation.
  • Three or more years of experience in SQL query and stored procedure development.
  • Two or more years of experience of agile/Kanban development delivery.

Even better if you have:

  • Knowledge in analytics, insight generation, EDA.
  • Knowledge on Teradata and oracle connectivity.
  • Knowledge of open source technologies including Cassandra, Hadoop.
  • Data warehousing knowledge.
