What you’ll be doing...

The Analyst –Treasury – Capital Markets is a position supporting the strategic planning process and risk management for Corporate Treasury. The position will be responsible for supporting capital markets fixed income, derivative activities and renewable energy.

Corporate Finance & Capital Market Strategies Team

  • Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support manager on capital markets transactions
  • Prepare and track debt portfolio
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of outstanding debt
  • Perform quarterly debt covenant compliance
  • Perform weekly derivative collateral posting with bank counterparties
  • Perform monthly financially settlement of virtual power purchase agreements with developer counterparties
  • Support Capital Market digital dashboard on fixed income, derivatives, renewable energy
  • Review SEC 10Q/10K disclosure related to debt, derivative, and renewable energy
  • Maintain SOX processes and controls related to debt and derivatives and renewable energy
  • Liaise with accounting, FP&A, tax and legal departments

You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting, Finance, Economics at an accredited college or university with an expected completion date between December 2021 and June 2022.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ

Even better if you have:

  • Treasury or related finance experience
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of financial market, instruments and valuation
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Demonstrated strong presentation skills
  • Experience with Bloomberg Software
