What you’ll be doing...

Innovation - Inward focus - Drive hackathons/ ideathons by working with multiple teams to deliver innovative solutions to the business problem statement as well as promote the culture of innovation culture within VCG

  • Support the central transformation team on innovation projects such as leveraging the start up ecosystem and academia connects.
  • Work closely with CoEs and provide support towards solving business problems.
  • Identify the information required to address these issues.
  • Manage and implement data collection process, analyzing the results, and communicating the findings and their implications to different stakeholders.
  • Bringdiscipline and execution focus to the center’s priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, review cadence etc.
  • Work closely with Leaders and other key support functions in forming collaborative teams that help execute the center priorities.
  • Operationalize and sustain processes that emerge out of portfolio priorities and other initiatives.
  • Understand business landscape, create POVs on important trends and pain points.
  • Support strategic efforts towards transformation efforts - thru Formal arrangement with Specific Startups, Research firms etc and track key deliverables.
  • Monitoring Business & Technology trends.
  • Review and analyze information through different reports and researches.
  • Develop and present recommendations for the management.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience
  • Four and more years of relevant workexperience.
  • Consulting experience.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Strong presentation & communication skills.
  • Experience presenting compelling business cases, business performance results, and recommendations.
  • Exposure to Change management.
  • Telecom domain/industry exposure.
