What you’ll be doing...

As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will be responsible for winning, keeping and growing customers in a new market. You will be working with a cross-section of mid-market accounts - from drone service providers to corporate customers, helping them manage and scale their drone operations.
This role is responsible for driving the adoption of Skyward, A Verizon Companies, platforms and services in the areas of Drone Operations Management. This position represents a key element of the organization which will deploy, evolve, and support the cutting-edge technology vision over the coming years.

  • Driving revenue by supporting the sales of enterprise SaaS solutions to mid-market accounts.
  • Negotiating agreements with business stakeholders, procurement, senior management, and executives.
  • Working closely with the Verizon sales teams to support actionable territory and account-specific growth plans and executing.
  • Consistently meeting quarterly sales targets.
  • Supporting the sales cycle from hello through negotiation and close.
  • Prospecting and qualifying a combination of outbound and inbound prospects.
  • Performing customer-focused product demos using web tools and in-person to prospects and customers.
  • Developing proposals and quotes.
  • Consistent pipeline, forecast and sales cycle management.
  • Teaming with Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and business value.
  • Providing input to Marketing, Product and leadership on market and customer trends.

Where You'll Be Working:

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You are passionate about technology, drones, aviation, or all of the above. You’re a driven self-starter with a high level of personal integrity, who can collaborate across teams.
You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of accomplished B2B selling experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Proven ability to generate activity through networking and association marketing within assigned accounts.
  • Experience selling software solutions or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Demonstrated previous history of strong achievement and self-motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google’s tool suite and CRM solutions including
