In this hybrid role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person training and meetings. We are hiring in the following locations: Denver CO, Dallas TX, Alpharetta GA, Basking Ridge NJ and New York City.

This role is part of a Learning & Development team that is responsible for making knowledge out of noise and helping our people get to it, grasp it, and make an impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, and launch inVisible This Week, a weekly newsletter distributed to all Care sites.
  • Research, write, and launch Knowledge Base articles for new product, marketing, and feature launches.
  • Assist with production of Learning programs, including: inVisible LIVE; Front Line, Front Row; and Front Line Forum.
  • Monitor and report on Product and Engineering slippage to timelines.
  • Orchestrate and iterate on communication flow from Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Care teams to Care sites.
  • Maintain Care agent communication hub using real time data, dashboards, and in-the-moment updates.
  • Assist with onboarding, workshops, and corporate learning events as needed.

Role overview:

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Care teams to gather information and provide Learning direction around new launches and offerings.
  • Produce and review various drafts of learning content (Knowledge Base articles and courses) with key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Care, Legal) for new product, marketing, and feature launches.
  • Facilitate information sharing between Care Sites and Visible team by providing in-the-moment updates, gathering questions, collecting feedback, and sourcing answers from business-wide stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed Learning plans and drive timelines that allow adequate time for content creation, review, sign off, and pre and post-launch training.
  • Partner with Care, Product, Engineering, and other teams across the business to identify and address knowledge gaps through inVisible This Week, Slack announcements, and other real-time communication tools.
  • Redesign and continually iterate agent training and communications to support new ways of learning in a virtual environment.
  • Become and maintain a status as a subject matter expert of our products, our care processes, and general business.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience developing training content that adheres to modern adult learning principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Experience supporting Tier 2 Support organizations with effective training, training material creation, and innovative improvements for various audiences.
  • Experience creating training material from ground zero.
  • Technical knowledge of care systems (Vlocity and Salesforce preferred).

Even better if you have:

  • An advanced degree in communication, marketing, or relevant field.
  • Previous experience in digital support.
  • Ability to develop and customize activities to ensure participant engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Creativity in the development and delivery of learning experiences.
  • Written communication prowess.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships across many facets of the business.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and do things differently.
  • Inquisitive nature: willingness to learn, ask questions, and ask questions again.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Problem-solving attitude: willingness to dive head-first into problems and drive for solutions
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Experience with rapid deployment or delivery of content either in a learning environment, news, marketing or otherwise.
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
