What you’ll be doing...

  • Managing deliveries for large programs like cloud migrations, application modernization, Automation , Tools development, data center decommissions, Dockerization, AIOPS, etc., across multiple teams.
  • Planning, prioritizing and negotiating support commitments with various stakeholders.
  • Managing the expectations of all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance to clearance, process and security audits.
  • Driving Stability and Availability maturity for applications through automation of operations processes and usage of latest tools and technologies for self-healing and AI/ML based operations.
  • Driving technology innovation across the TechOps landscape and for driving the transition to engineering culture in TechOps teams.
  • Driving, implementing and maturing Day 2 operations strategy on Cloud.
  • Building and driving close collaboration and partnerships across teams within the group and with other groups across geographies.
  • Driving outages, related follow ups and prevention across multiple teams.
  • Maintaining an optimal organization structure to ensure that all the levels are motivated performing optimally.
  • Managing talent through driving recruitment of the right talent, training, motivating and retaining talent.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience in MiddleWare support.
  • Six or more years of experience in IT in the TechOps/Production Support area.
  • Experience in managing AWS/EKS large scale environment.
  • Experience in AWS Cloud setup and configurations, Cloud migrations, ELK, Kubernetes, CFT, Ansible, Jenkins, MiddleWare setup and configurations, Docker/K8s, Network/Deployment Architectures.
  • Hands on experience with Python, Powershell, and Tools development for Operations, MW support.
  • Hands on experience with SRE practices.
  • Knowledge on program management.

Even better if you have:

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in AIOPS, AI/ML and Hadoop/BigData.
  • Proven experience in driving through various hurdles and delivering flawless programs.
