What you’ll be doing...

• Work with key stakeholders within Privacy, PMO, legal, technology, marketing, sales, product and other business functions to document and/or evaluate current processes and workflows to ensure data privacy compliance.
• Assist in compiling inventories of products, systems and applications for privacy impact assessments (PIAs), data flow mapping, etc.
• Assist system custodians and product managers in completing PIAs. Coordinate and facilitate work sessions as necessary.
• Monitor completion of PIAs within Archer vGRC, and create reports to track progress.
• Assist in evaluating risks, gaps, issues identified by the PIAs, and work with system and business owners to develop remediation action plans.
• Monitor completion of remediation plans, and create reports to track progress.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop, administer and monitor data privacy training for all VBG employees.
• Help build and manage internal support tools (Insite page, Confluence, dedicated mailbox, etc.) to address day-to-day privacy compliance questions, requests, etc.
• Assist with coordinating internal and external audits/assessments of privacy controls and procedures.
• Help maintain an internal data privacy controls framework, working with key stakeholders to identify & document controls, test controls and assess risks as part of ongoing compliance.
• Compile and track KPIs/KRIs for management reporting.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business or similar area.
• Four or more years of data privacy, security, IT audit and/or compliance program management experience.
• Experience with privacy compliance frameworks, conducting privacy and security risk assessments and/or managing controls, business processes, testing and remediation.
• Experience preparing reports, and communicating results to management
• Working knowledge of relevant data protection, privacy or technology industry standards/regulations.
• Experience developing and managing training programs.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, excellent follow through, highly developed conflict management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills; goals and results-oriented.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
