What you’ll be doing...

Your mission will be to support the Enterprise and Wholesale collections & claims organization in understanding their results, identify & evaluate potential operational changes and design new approaches and methodologies.

  • Analyzing and understanding data to identify impacts and make recommendations for policy, process, or strategy modifications.
  • Analysis of data and ability to identify key drivers impacting results as well as trends.
  • Developing, maintaining, reporting upon and recommending improvements / opportunities for collection strategies. Focus on effective collections that produce results while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Creation and execution of SQL’s for analysis and reporting, including adhoc requests.
  • Communicating results to upper management and partnering with collection teams on anticipated impacts and future expectations.
  • Project support with a focus on data and reporting requirements.
  • Utilizing available tools to identify and pursue automation opportunities for reporting and analysis. This includes building dashboards for self-serve, along with coordinating end-user needs.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You are good with numbers and you love to dig into data to find the story. You pay attention to the details and know how to focus on what really matters. You understand the importance of accuracy in data analytics and reporting. You are a self-starter and a multitasker who can work independently under tight timelines. You want to make an impact by providing the data that will help improve the experience of our customers.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with writing SQL’s for data extraction, reporting & analytics.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
  • Ability to independently analyze issues and make sound recommendations.
  • Experience with Qlik or similar dashboard/reporting software.
  • Analyzed data, built reports and presentations, and made recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
