What you’ll be doing...

The Prepaid Team is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our acquisition marketing initiatives, supporting Verizon Prepaid as the premium prepaid wireless provider. You will play a critical role in launching new CRM marketing channels to capture prospective customers, as well as driving acquisitions from the existing base.

  • Build and manage an email marketing platform.
  • Develop a strategy and execute the plan to acquire new lines.
  • Collaborate with postpaid’s BTL team to drive the success on Prepaid’s BTL initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and Prepaid expertise.
  • Work closely with Integrated Marketing team to ensure consistent Prepaid messaging and positioning across touchpoints.
  • Ideate promotion and value-props that lead to business growth.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing programs from business case to execution and reporting.
  • Lead and oversee the development of go-to-market materials and communications.
  • Identify success metrics and KPIs for marketing programs.
  • Research and identify new opportunities.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Five or more years of digital advertising experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research or four or more years of work experience.
  • Lead previous CRM campaigns at a large corporation.
  • Previous Prepaid or underserved segment experience.
  • Proven experience demonstrating cross-functional leadership and building relationships across teams.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial marketing.
  • Integrated marketing GTM experience.
  • Presented findings and insights that lead to business growth.
