What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for a Sr. Business Intelligence analyst to join our team. You will act as a primary point of contact for customers, utilizing critical thinking skills, and industry and Verizon knowledge to help coordinate customer requests. Attention to detail is critical.

  • Prepare and manage files and documents to ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met.
  • Conduct research using numerous Verizon databases and the internet.
  • Collect and analyze data from disparate sources; integrate information and put it together in a logical, high quality report.
  • Help write functional requirements for internal support systems and participate in user acceptance testing as needed.
  • Help draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure SOPs are maintained in a timely manner.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus accurately and thoroughly on multiple simultaneous tasks.
  • Highly effective organizational skills.
  • Ability to think through complex concepts and tackle them in an efficient and timely manner with direction.
  • Demonstrated initiative, drive, and follow through with commitments.
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of corporate and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to comply with any regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of voice and data network metadata, voice and data networks.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
