What you’ll be doing...

  • Performs technical activities for multiple technologies and/or customers.
  • Follows technical procedures for incident triage.
  • Follows technical procedures for single user MACDs.
  • Works under the supervision of other team members.
  • Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards to meet certification requirements.
  • Adhere to Verizon's policies such as security policy CPI-810.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Cisco and Aruba router, switch and access points.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience in line with an Associate level of vendor certification on multiple technologies.
  • Experience managing accounts of moderate complexity.
  • Experience with ITIL methodology.
  • Ability to perform technical activities for multiple technologies and/or customers.
  • Ability to conduct low-level analysis of incidents using basic troubleshooting commands.
  • Ability to work with some supervision.
  • Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards to meet certification.
