What you’ll be doing...

  • Provide consultation and support on requirement analysis and high level design and estimation.
  • Lead the Delivery team and take ownership on story grooming and prioritization of stories necessary for every sprint.
  • Own effective Analysis, accurate Design and thorough Delivery of committed user stories for the sprint.
  • Deliver defect free code on time.
  • Resolve defects in quick and timely manner.
  • Ensure closure of iteration with 0 SIT Defects.
  • Understand and implement nonfunctional requirements such as performance tuning, exception handling, etc.
  • Ensure application environment stability and resiliency.
  • Actionize on negative trends and keep the Operational KPIs on track.
  • Ensure collaboration with interfacing teams to effect timely delivery.
  • Familiarize with COE Best Practices and abide by them.
  • Provide Consultation to the Testing team on test plan review and sign off.
  • Provide Consultation to the Testing team on test data set up review and sign off.
  • Help complete and adhere to the Release playbook well ahead of the release.
  • Practice continuous learning and upskilling and look to cross skill across Case Management and Decisioning.
  • Drive Proof Of Concepts by exploring and familiarizing with new Pega OOTB features and improvements in 8.x
  • Focus 25% of training on Soft skills (Presentation and facilitation) development.
  • Invest 15% of training on writing Technical Blogs on delivering key features.
  • Groom junior staff and Drive culture of collaboration to share learnings across team members
  • Drive and contribute to building knowledge repository.
  • Develop at least 2 enabler ideas. Collaborate with SMTS/Mgr to arrive at Technical feasibility and Architectural blueprint for at least 1 solution/framework idea and pursue any patent potentials..

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of specific work experience with Pega Case Management or Decisioning and Marketing capabilities.
  • Pega Certified – CLSA, CPDC, and CSSA & CSA.
  • Experience with Pega case management modules.
  • Experience with Pega Decisioning and marketing modules (CDH).
  • Knowledge of PRPC applications including gathering of requirements, Class structure, Rules Sets structure, and organization structure, identification of Properties and design of Flows based on the requirements, Integration & Queues.
  • Knowledge of PEGA Guardrails.
  • Experience with Java and Oracle technologies.
  • Knowledge of using logging tools like PDC, Splunk or Kibana.
  • Knowledge of Automated Unit testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile process.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master's in Computer Applications.
  • Experience working in at least one complete medium to large scale enterprise Pega project.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum / SmartBPM practices and methodology.
  • Experience in Flows, Activities and User Interfaces.
  • Knowledge of PRPC Best Practices, Estimation, Task Scheduling, Risk Assessment, IT Quality Practices.
  • Experience with the following: Pega User interface, different kinds of Pega rule models, DSM, Pega Process Models, Pega Web Service, Pega LDAP setups, Pega Connectors and knowledge of Single sign-on models.
  • Worked on PRPC versions of 8 and above, Knowledge on Pega customer service.
