What you’ll be doing...

This position is responsible for leading projects that drive efficiency and innovate business operations. The strategic manager will work individually and with internal and external teams, to plan and manage large projects which identify cost saving opportunities and technological enhancements in our vendor spaces.

  • Project management of a vendor transition will involve project planning from the contract completion phase through launch.
  • Oversee the print program PMIS (Workfront) integration with the merchandising tool to enable automated planogramming.
  • Oversee the warehouse vendor integration with the merchandising tool to activate automated print distributions.
  • Develop and execute internal and external production policies, procedures, standards, and protocols.
  • Research / review / recommend new technologies, suppliers and materials based on insight and industry trends.
  • Vendor management ensures integrity, compliance, timeliness of project completion, and quality control.
  • Direct all warehousing functions relating to inventory and supply chain management.
  • Develop and maintain project templates.
  • Leverage reporting, benchmarking, and industry trends.
  • Daily meeting participation is required to ensure real-time knowledge of current projects (which will directly impact any project management and support).
  • Develop and enhance automation tools, participate in weekly meetings, and drive process improvements.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project planning, Project management or supply chain logistics experience.

  • Knowledge of wireless retail operations.
  • Proven strong budget management skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Expert MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborative competence managing colleagues at various levels of the organization, supporting multiple constituents and internal clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, under compressed schedules, in an environment of constant change.
  • Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
