What you’ll be doing...

Your role is to nurture, develop, and grow our greatest asset—our people. Using your Human Resources expertise and a deep understanding of our business (don’t worry—that will come with time), you’ll guide your clients through all people-related matters as they navigate challenges and embrace opportunities. You’ll also help your clients be better leaders by supporting them in mentorship, providing feedback, and managing performance. And you’ll model strong leadership by building a great environment for your team of human resource business partners. You will play a key role in creating a work environment where everyone can thrive.

  • Leading, motivating, and engaging your team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Creating and driving our compensation, coaching and performance management strategy.
  • Coordinating programs that promote recognition, development, and retention of key talent.
  • Setting priorities, planning work, and monitoring progress to drive new programs forward.
  • Supporting senior business leaders to lead performance effectively.
  • Offering advice on ethics, compliance, and employee relations issues.
  • Providing mentorship on human resource policies and procedures.
  • Partnering with the leadership to understand business environment and work priorities to develop and execute innovative solutions to address current associate management issues.
  • Defining review and feedback mechanism within the team to ensure effective communication flows.
  • Coaching leadership on the HR aspects of key business strategies, issues and decisions.
  • Ability to define the crucial activities from a HRBP standpoint to drive effective execution and the desired outcome.
  • Ability to drive HR strategy to enable the organization to be one of the premier associate experience providers.
  • Managing the execution and implementation of major Human Resources processes working with the team of HR representatives (e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation and salary administration) according to org guidelines.
  • Managing the performance management processes such that managers are coached upon effective feedback mechanism, timeline adherence and handling grievance issue along with the concerned manager on a case to case basis.
  • Ensuring that the sensitive issues are handled effectively and are brought to a logical conclusion with constant communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Driving the engagement programs as and when defined/rolled out by the HRBP team.
  • Supporting the business units to manage the employee attrition through effective strategies & solutions.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience directly applicable HR experience and a most recent role in HR Business Partner function and/or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience an HR Business partner in a software or technology environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience in human resources.
  • Ability to do multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solve problems in a matrixed and dynamic organization.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, business acumen, excellent project & program management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Worked as a human resources business partner.
  • Experience leading a team and working collaboratively as a team member.
  • Strong collaborating skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Experience influencing key partners through relationships, expertise and data.
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with people of diverse backgrounds and professional levels.
