What you’ll be doing...

The Supervisor - Revenue assurance oversees the Wireline Broadband Product Change Request (PCR), Testing and Production Validation processes. They will ensure the daily quality assurance process for table input(s) of new products, promos, and offers are performed and meet SLA's. They will train, motivate, clear roadblocks and drive productivity for a team of eight Sr. Analysts.

  • Managing the deployment of product code across multiple test environments and production.
  • Monitoring and communicating any issues to downstream partners / systems.
  • Working with our partners in Marketing, Finance and GTS to coordinate deployments and ensure project work flows smoothly.
  • Reviewing test plans/scenarios for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensuring opened trouble tickets are traced to resolution.
  • Provide reporting on major releases / projects.
  • Growing Marketing domain and PCR design knowledge and mentoring your team on both.
  • Supporting Product Line Managers & Solutions Architects by writing SQL to generate datasets and reports pertaining to the products in our space.
  • Driving process improvement initiatives & Digital Finance adoption.
  • Escalating high-impact issues for tracking and resolution.
  • Coordinating and assigning weekly work in alignment with the monthly IT release calendar.
  • Reviewing team output for quality and coaching opportunities.
  • Providing midyear and annual reviews and feedback.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in directly-related billing systems, controls and/or supervisory experience.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and financial analysis skills.
  • Intermediate or advanced level of understanding of report query and design.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and oral communications skills.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Vision5 Billing or Broadband Product knowledge.
  • Agile / SDLC development methodology experience.
  • Atlassian software suite experience and knowledge, such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Test case automation / tracking software experience, such as qTest.
  • SQL DBMS expertise (Teradata, SQL Server).
