What you’ll be doing...

Key member as part of Central Strategy & Transformation team with emphasis on Resource Enablement and Vendor Standardization. You will collaborate with teams to deliver strategic programs end to end for Verizon India delivery organization. You will also be getting an opportunity to work on the transformation programs.

You will manage the Program Management office for Transformation initiatives establishing clear focus areas with respect to Delivery & Support functions.

· Responsible to bring in discipline and execution focus to the center priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, review cadence etc.

· Ability to work closely with Leaders and other key support functions in forming collaborative teams that help execute the center priorities

· Operationalize and sustain processes that emerge out of Center priorities and other initiatives

· Capabilities to evaluate, design, execute measure, monitor and control business processes.

· Ability to identify and create a business process, which is a formalized set of tasks and activities that helps accomplish specific business objectives

· Acts independently or as a member of a highly skilled team responsible for fulfilling business requirements with the implementation of reliable & efficient solutions that can enhance productivity; may be enterprise wide initiatives.

· Capturing and documenting meetings, producing reports, presentations and other documentation and reporting status to all stakeholders and team members

· Manage scope expectations, and schedule to deliver accurate projects, on time

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant program mgmt. knowledge
  • Foundational knowledge on network and security protocols
  • Advanced level of excel skills
  • Strong presentation & communication skills.
  • Telecom domain/industry exposure.

Even better if you have:

  • Any Degree / or Post Graduction -MBA
  • Five or moreyears’ experience in Project / Program Management - PMO operations
  • Fundamental understanding on Transformation / Enablement programs
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Team player
