What you’ll be doing...

Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical and/or analytical support to help solve major incidents.
  • Performs analysis on more complex incidents Acts as escalation engineer for the client.
  • Periodically makes recommendations that aid in the continual service improvement.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects/activities concurrently.
  • Provides technical guidance to Assoc Engrs, Sr Assoc Engrs or Engineers on complex incidents.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience in escalation management.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication industry technologies such as broadband, wireless and network.
  • Experience with ITIL methodology for Incident Management.
