What you’ll be doing...

You will report to the Sr. Manager of the Global Commission- Metrics, Analytics, Reporting, and SOX (MARS) Team. This position will contribute to the delivery of Commissions services as an Individual Contributor working on analyses, trending, reporting and testing within Commissions.

  • Demonstrate understanding of compensation plans and policies as well as a basic knowledge of incentive management, financial, accounting, and additional support systems.
  • Review and analyze compensation data.
  • Respond and support inquiries from various stakeholders (e.g. FP&A, Sales Operations, HR, Internal Audit, External Audit, etc.)
  • Assist management with complex compensation issues as necessary.
  • Demonstrate understanding of systems and interdependencies of processes to drive the business toward the development of systems that enable process improvement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvements.
  • Work across departments and organizations to resolve issues and or opportunities for improvement.
  • Continually seek opportunities for improving processes within Global Commissions.
  • Provide support to all aspects of compensation.
  • Ensure that any and all research, adjustments, analysis, and documentation related to compensation are in compliance with SOX, Company Policy, & Audit.
  • Analyze and interpret reports for managers providing recommendations to guide business decisions.
  • Undertake complex projects and provide guidance on project related issues as needed.

You work effectively both independently and within a team. You have strong independent thinking skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving, evolving environment.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or four or more years of work experience.
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Three or more years of finance, accounting, and/or finance operations related experience.
  • Professional certification, such as CPA, and CMA.
  • Intermediate SQL knowledge.
  • Intermediate knowledge and application of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Cliq, Thoughtspot).
  • Experience in a compensation related field.
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Skills for business success, including project management, problem-solving, and the ability to diagnose and meet business demands.
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint, and Google Suites.
  • Broad range of skills within the finance discipline to effectively perform routine to complex assignments.
  • Knowledge with principles, theories, concepts and technologies as well as applied knowledge of established procedures, policies and practices.
