What you’ll be doing...

Global Solutions Executives lead the sales process on a dedicated basis for major managed services and outsourced deals, with responsibility for growing a profitable pipeline and closing major ICT deals with a valuation of twenty five million dollars. This is achieved through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure. They set the deal direction, and manage the deliverance of the assigned pursuit roles to achieve order, revenue, deal margin and cost objectives.

You are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development through world class deal creation and management. You will be responsible for engagement initiation and management, including:

  • Leading engagement planning and budgeting.
  • Mobilization and management of deal teams
  • Defining deliverable structure and content.
  • Facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
  • Directing on-time, quality delivery of work products.
  • Managing engagement economics.
  • Managing engagement risk.
  • Managing day-to-day interaction with executive clients and sponsors.
  • Developing relationships and maintaining contact with executive decision makers at key clients.
  • Organizing and leading pursuit teams.
  • Leading aspects of the proposal development process.
  • Contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
  • Translating business goals into actionable plans and strategies that reflect the requirements and opportunities within pursuit.
  • Building strategic relationships internally, and partnering with internal and external resources to develop best- in-class solutions for customer.
  • Actively managing business plans to meet quotas and other financial metrics that will advance the business interests of the company. Determining if an opportunity is profitable for the company.
  • Assisting in, actively developing, and managing deal and account strategy plans to meet an annual quota.
  • Building, monitoring, and orchestrating pursuit pipelines to ensure continuous population of near and long-term opportunities.
  • Reviewing deals to ensure they are sound from a financial, legal, business, delivery, and operations perspective.
  • Serving as a key advisor to upper management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with large and multinational organizations as Customers.
  • Global solutions development and delivery experience.
  • Experience in direct sales and consortia/partnership based commercial relationships.
  • Outsourcing deal leadership experience.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (26-50% of the time).

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience working on major transformation efforts that involved significant organizational and technology change.
  • Experience in customer business case development based on TCO/RoI/ROCE techniques.
  • A background that has involved complex deal commercial contracting and risk identification/mitigation techniques.
  • Consultative/solutions thought leadership experience.
