What you’ll be doing...

Join our Global Technology Solutions, enterprise IT program management office, where you will be responsible for performing high-level activities (e.g. thought leadership, enterprise level standardized workflow development, change management, executive presentation) related to all phases of the systems life cycle. You’ll provide program management, technical leadership and business-related subject matter expertise, and will be evaluating and developing reliable and efficient processes and automated solutions to fulfill complex portfolio-level needs. You’ll lead a matrixed PMO workflow workstream focused on enhancing data capture, data integrity improvements (Clarity, JIRA user stories, etc.), process, tools and change management.

  • Develop the strategy/roadmap and drive the transition to Agile PMO.
  • Partner with ATO, PMO and budget teams to plan PODs & ACTs and implement resource management processes, tools, reporting, etc.
  • Using design thinking methodologies, evaluate, develop and implement sound systems solutions to effectively fulfill business requirements to support monthly release delivery, PMO and agile transformation change management and communication.
  • Analyze and proactively manage problems and make decisions that impact the overall system(s), programs and portfolio.
  • An individual contributor who will regularly lead other team members in selected project activities, and provide direction to team members and peers.
  • Proactively communicate status reports, issues, and risks to management.
  • Collect stakeholder requirements, perform analysis, demonstrate design thinking to identify solutions and lead implementations.
  • Perform technical evaluation of products/tools and produce high-quality deliverables in a timely fashion.
  • Partner with the reporting team to develop and/or enhance process and reporting related standards and procedures; provide reports and dashboards in the requested timelines, revising the documents iteratively by incorporating feedback from stakeholders
  • Perform program management activities such as planning, sizing, staffing, scheduling as well as implementation activities.
  • Frequently communicate with Director, VP, and senior level management, including authoring milestone notification materials and executive level presentations for COO, CIO, CFO and area presidents.
  • Successfully complete all relevant technical and professional training programs in accordance with performance.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Project management Office(PMO), technical portfolio/program management, Agile management concepts.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Clarity, computer application competency (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Google tools like Sheets, Docs and Slides, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Even better if you have:

  • BS in Computer Science/Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Experience with SaFe agile.
  • PMP , Scrum Master Certification.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile methodologies
  • Technical project experience on enterprise impacting projects.
  • Experience in applying Agile project methodology concepts.
  • Knowledge of wireless telecom business practices, including accounting, finance, revenue assurance, taxation, billing, customer care, legal, device management, and network operations.
  • Experience infacilitating large leadership meeting working toward decisions and risk mitigation plans
  • Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills.
  • Business acumen and interpersonal skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A good understanding of telecom business practices, including accounting, finance, revenue assurance, taxation, billing, customer care, legal, device management and network operations a plus
  • Possess strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
