What you’ll be doing...

As part of the Information Technology team, you will work on new technologies and SAFe Agile driven processes and find ways to meet our customers’ needs and make it easy for them to do business with us. You will use your expertise to solve complex problems and find unique solutions.

You will be part of SAFe Agile E2E/System Team and work closely with the ART (Agile release Train) delivery teams and Customer focused needs.

You’ll be engaged in validating the E2E flows in various OSS (Operation Support System) stack, such as Network Enterprise Customer Service fulfillment and Wireless Network Planning, Engineering and Assurance.

You’ll work on a strategic projects enabling enterprise and consumer services on next generation core intelligent network.

  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the business processes involving architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs for core network and wireless systems.
  • Partner with business counterpart to evaluate business need and solution's alignment with user experience. Collaborate with business on FOA (First Office Application) phase.
  • Build a strong business / end to end flow ownership among the certification team.
  • Partner with development teams and other System Test organizations, project PMs to collaborate and communicate issues and risks to make the certification process visible, effective and on-time.
  • Transform functional, business and system knowledge into effective test case planning and execution.
  • Maintain and develop custom scripts or code for automation using automation testing tool.
  • Exhibit analytical skill and ability to solve complex business problems.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Java-Selenium Development and test automation experience.
  • Experience with DevOps, Agile and SAFe best practices.
  • Experience as a lead Automated Quality Assurance Engineer in telecom OSS and end to end environment.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment using tools such as Eclipse (Java & Selenium), automation framework JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, GIT.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area or two or more years of work experience.
  • A degree.
  • Communications and collaborative skills.
  • Experience in test architecture, automation scripting with ability to design, build, and test and deploy end to end solution for complex applications on different browsers and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle phases, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
  • Experience working with networking technology using Layer 2/ 3 switches, configuring routers (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel, Tellabs, ANDA, Fujitsu) with CLI commands and firewalls, QTP.
  • Test automation using Python, Automation Anywhere (RPA), Protractor, NightWatch.js and Robot framework.
  • Experience in Cloud technologies and ecosystems DOCKERS, Elasticity Manager, etc.
  • Solid teamwork and collaboration skills with the proven ability to innovate and lead cross functional teams.
  • Communication & stakeholder management skills.
