What you’ll be doing...

Conduct analysis for complex data sets to determine key drivers related to customer churn, revenue and upsell opportunities, and deliver actionable insights. Identify opportunities and trends to make recommendations for marketing offers and campaigns based on analysis results. Develop predictive and prescriptive models for churn, upsell, upgrade and segmentation models. Work on Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Oracle, KNIME/ETL Capabilities, and Fastload. Develop customer targeting strategies by identifying cohorts of customers for targeting the right offers. Present recommendations for strategy improvements and provide evidences to defend recommendations. Gain alignment across work groups and implement changes. Work on General Marketing Strategy and KPIs.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive experience with data analytics utilizing Tableau, R and Python. Experience therein to include 3 years of experience in data mining using SQL, Teradata, Oracle, KNIME/ETL Capabilities, and Fastload. 1 year of experience in General Marketing Strategy and KPIs.
