What you’ll be doing...

The primary accountabilities of this position include:

  • Play a key role in the process of developing accurate, complete, compliant post award EIS task order mod submissions (i.e., pricing validations, packaging B-tables and work with the mod team for the AquServer submission, resolve submission errors).
  • Work closely with pricing analysts, Senior Pricing Manager and database developer to improve EIS post award process, and build standardized processes and templates. Maintain a post award TO submission report.
  • Independently determine post-award areas requiring special financial and pricing analysis and presents findings and recommendations for leadership review.
  • Support timely, accurate, and compliant pricing for various Federal Telelcom contract pricing and RFPs.
  • Support Federal Government RFP/RFQ analyses; participate in the proposal pricing process to include the development of pricing strategies, review, analyze and compile pricing data, and preparation of the customer facing pricing. Using established bid processes and methodologies to ensure deadlines are met, approvals obtained prepare price submissions.
  • Work closely with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Engineers, PCM, Legal, Product) when compiling pricing data, ensure the accuracy and completion of the data.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with gathering, organizing, and analyzing large amount of data.
  • Telecom knowledge is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to work proactively.
  • The ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Vlookups, “If” statement, Macros, Pivot tables).
  • Self-motivated and able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A desire to continually update knowledge regarding new technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with others in team-based environments.
