What you’ll be doing...

As the Campaign Traffic Manager for our customer communications programs, you'll help ensure that our marketing campaigns flow efficiently all the way through the development process, including: concept > production > execution > and post-campaign analysis. It's your job to help keep everyone and everything on task to ensure that projects are delivered accurately and on deadline. In this role, you'll manage all the logistics, and you'll be at the center of keeping everyone informed along the way. When something gets off schedule, you'll pull together the appropriate resources to help get it back on track. And when the unexpected comes up, you're the one who everyone can rely on to come up with options to resolve.

In this fast-paced, exciting role you will:

  • Establish & maintain an efficient campaign workflow process (email, SMS/EMS, Push, direct mail, in-app messaging)
  • Create and maintain detailed schedules, set deadlines
  • Coordinate between campaign managers, creative resources, audience development, HTML production, QA/Testing, and other groups based upon availability and priorities
  • Route approvals, track and communicate changes, and ensure final versions are put into production
  • Meet with campaign managers to understand new project details as well as providing status updates on existing portfolio
  • Communicate and help resolve any issues
  • Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
  • Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy while juggling multiple priorities and projects

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degreeor four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of project management experience.
  • Experience in campaign development and traffic management.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, etc).
  • Experience working with content management systems and personalization / targeting tools.
  • Experience with commercial marketing clouds, such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Responsys, or Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Design, Management Information Systems, or a related IT or technology field.
  • Strong program and project governance skills.
  • Agile and Waterfall project methodologies experience.
  • Enhanced telecommunications knowledge.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Smartsheet.
  • Proficiency using Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, web conferencing and collaboration tools (aka WebEx, Slack, Smartsheet).
  • Ability to multi-task on various campaigns and projects, remaining organized throughout and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
