What you’ll be doing...

Provide the scheduling of installations and fulfilment support in a fast paced, high growth environment.

  • Customer order process management (managing the customer order process to ship it in the shortest time possible and providing to the Supply Chain Department the needed information based on the customer orders).
  • Reaching out to customers / Installers to schedule installation of orders, while coordinating with subcontractor technicians.
  • Managing new installation’s configurations on our software.
  • Managing installer’s new installations validations over the phone.
  • Validating the installation feasibility (if complex installations) with installer while scheduling
  • Escalating all order issues with Operations Management team.
  • Participating on weekly installations review calls providing updates on outstanding orders.
  • Understanding of Salesforce.com and SAP, and or willing to master the website at a fast pace.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in customer facing environment.
  • Experience in a high-volume phone-based environment.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.
  • Multilingual skills.
  • Experience working with customers/clients directly and ability to influence decision maker.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP.
  • Ability to make and receive 50 phone calls per day.
  • Strong listening, communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholder.
