What you’ll be doing...

As a Junior Account Manager you are joining the team to ensure the smooth-running of customer onboarding, working both on a one-to-one basis with our customers, but also on a wider basis with team members and external partners.

  • Take over the responsibility of an Account Owner as part of the onboarding process.
  • Contact new customers and plan the installations.
  • Be a single point of contact during the onboarding phase.
  • Be the interface between customer and installer.
  • Plan Reveal trainings and prepare the customer account for customer needs.
  • Help with financial and administrative questions.  
  • Schedule installations for existing customers.
  • Perform additional tasks ordered by the manager.
  • Keep all KPIs at an appropriate level and keep the backlog as small as possible.

Where you'll be working:

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Capability to adhere to the quality standards and processes associated with the role.
  • Organized keeping of records of customer orders.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and SAP.
  • Strong German and English language skills.
  • Ability to identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes.
  • Capability to accept and grow in a constantly changing environment.
