What you’ll be doing...

You will be playing the role of front line person to the business and other technical teams for delivering new functionalities/enhancements

  • Partnering with Business, application Owners and SMEs to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully.
  • Working with internal IT team to keep project on track.
  • Evaluating, testing and recommending new opportunities for enhancing our software and IT processes.
  • Gathering intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth.
  • Compiling and distributing reports on application development and deployment.
  • Designing and executing A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs.
  • Evaluating and providing conclusions from data related to customer behavior.
  • Consulting with the executive and the technology teams on the newest technology and its implications in the Telecom industry.
  • Creating executive reports about the take/success rate of the released product/program.

What we’re looking for...

You enjoy using your analytical and interpersonal skills to deliver the business requirements. You’re flexible and great at working in teams and can use your strong communication skills to get your point across
You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with Customer Facing Digital Channels.
  • Experience in JIRA, creating User stories, define acceptance criteria.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle stages and ability to understand and work within team dynamics.

Even better if you have:

  • Ability to gather requirements and provide quality documentation of detailed user requirements to Strong Understanding of user-centered design.
  • Good presentation skills of the metrics and key objectives of the programs.
  • Understanding of Mobile Applications.
  • Knowledge and analysis on Mobile App/Playstore feedbacks.
  • Knowledge on JSON and XMLs.
