What you’ll be doing...

The Global Enterprise Data Reporting & Analysis Manager will be responsible for providing reporting & analysis and executive presentation support for the Principal and Investment enterprise sales teams.

The Manager will work in collaboration with the broader Sales Ops Reporting & Analysis team as well as with the sales leaders and Finance to provide sales support which includes YTD reporting and trending, forecast and funnel analysis and presentation development with the objective to drive growth and revenue for the Investment and Principal sales teams.

  • Create and produce reports, as well as, SFDC dashboards that analyze sales trends, performance, campaign results, forecast and funnel-management. Engage with segment VPs and Directors to ensure reporting is meeting sales needs and enables leaders to make quick evaluations of business initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of SFDC and Einstein Analytics, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, SPA, BMPR, Core Reporting Site (DSR) and other reporting dashboards to support automation and consistency in reporting.
  • Provide regular, ongoing analysis of sales, products and services, KPIs, as well as complex, strategic and analytical projects to evaluate and make recommendations around growth, revenue, and profitability initiatives and opportunities.
  • Participate in sales forecast calls to collect forecast changes, risks, top wins and upside.
  • Work closely with Finance and Sales Leadership to align on Sales booking quota methodology
  • Populate deck with results for the Sales team’s quarterly operation reviews for Managing Partners, Directors and VPs. Develop back up materials and key insights. Manage timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Lead presentation support for VP All Hands Calls and other ad hoc executive meetings.
  • Support Business Transformation needs with data gathering and analysis.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years of data analysis experience.
  • Knowledge of VZB systems such as SFDC and Einstein Analytics, SPA, DSR and visual tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, etc.
  • Expert experience with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Demonstrated communications and influence skills with different stakeholders.
  • Managed multiple projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics/Business Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or in a related field; ideally an MBA.
  • Experience investigating and solving complex technical problems and data discrepancies.
