What you’ll be doing...
You will perform complex and detailed review of contract documents that Verizon is negotiating with our Verizon Business Group customers. Contract reviews are performed to ensure billing and collections supportability. Contract language is negotiated to limit manual implementation and billing requirements.
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’re a well-organized, detail oriented professional who enjoys managing work efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’re flexible, creative, and resourceful. You also have a customer service orientation and are a great communicator who can interact well with a diverse range of people. This position requires a solution-oriented approach with an ability to evaluate and analyze customer, sales or contract requirements and identify alternative solutions.
