What you’ll be doing...

The CMO Operations team is looking for a Project Management Sr. Analyst to provide strategic operational support to a wide range of key initiatives. The CMO Ops team provides custom project management services in a rapid pace, constantly changing environment. In this role, you play a critical part of the project delivery organization.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the procurement process, invoice management, and vendor management for all CMO, creating the POs and CIDs, processing invoices and reporting for accrual purposes, as well as ad-hoc projects including working with third party vendors, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to achieve the CMO Organization priorities.

  • Creatingall POs and CIDs for all the cost centers under our purview within CMO.
  • Maintaining and fostering a strong relationship with the Marketing Effectiveness team to ensure alignment on projects.
  • Maintaining and fostering a strong relationship with Sourcing to ensure projects are being approved, following the payment terms negotiated with vendors.
  • Maintaining and fostering a strong relationship with AP and GVP to ensure all POs, CIDs, and invoices are staying on track and being processed in a timely manner to ensure vendors are getting paid accordingly.
  • Maintaining and fostering a strong relationship with finance to ensure accruals and reporting are on track in OL.
  • Routinginvoices internally, facilitation with Accounting and Finance, and key stakeholders ensuring payments are made in a timely manner, escalating as necessary and stewarding teams through process.
  • Conducting project and program reviews with stakeholders to ensure projects are on task, and remain on schedule.
  • Developing and delivering project reporting for assigned projects, including critical analysis of project status, potential risks, and continual process improvement.
  • Executingon orders in quick, rapid succession to provide top-level service and delivery to our internal clients.
  • Processingand following through our SOW creation, partner/vendor onboarding, accounts payable, and sourcing needs.
  • Performingad-hoc purchasing requirements, P/V Cards.
  • Managingthe relationship with our internal clients addressing any procurement/sourcing/AP/GVP inquiries regarding project status, funding, sourcing, and any specific needs they may have.
  • Providingclear, concise communications with the internal client, third party vendors, and internal Verizon resources.
  • Serving as the central hub for collection of all information and ensuring that relevant stakeholders have the information that is required to move assigned projects forward.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft and 1ERP System.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Expertise with G-Suite including sheets, slides, and docs.
  • Advanced knowledge and Excel skills.
  • Understanding of expense card management processes.
  • Experience with Verizon's ERP systems, vendor onboarding, payment and sourcing processes, capital and expense policies.
  • Ability to manage financial and budget outlooks and reporting for the team.
  • Experience program managing and updating a portfolio of strategic projects on a weekly basis.
