What you’ll be doing...

Continuous improvement is what we are all about and you will play a significant role in developing strategies that will make us better. For us to succeed in our highly competitive industry, it’s important that we identify the right partners to work with to deliver a world class customer experience. As a Partner - Project Lead, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the implementation of 3rd party partner related projects to improve the customer experience, reduce our debt, and protect our assets.

• Developing, coordinating and implementing projects focused on reducing bad debt, enhancing stakeholder relations, while improving the customer experience.
• Providing strategic recommendations on complex processes or issues that contribute to improving operational metrics.
• Partnering with internal and external partners to develop requirements for new processes and initiatives in support of organizational self-service strategies.
• Participating in project design meetings and propose enhancements and new requirements if necessary.
• Participating in user acceptance testing activities associated with new or modified systems.
• Fielding issues from internal and external customers or delivery partners and responding to stakeholder inquiries.

Where you’ll be working:

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You have experience presenting to all levels of the business and external stakeholders. You have exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills. Your written and oral communication skills are excellent, and you're highly capable with regards to building and maintaining strong relationships. You're comfortable working on tight deadlines, and have experience leading multiple large scale projects at once.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Strong competency in Google’s G-Suite
• Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or Economics.
• Functional and demonstrated knowledge/abilities in creating complex queries and reporting tools, especially SQL.
