What you’ll be doing...

Digital Transformation

  • Identifying opportunities for digital innovation through the use of automated and predictive planning
  • Partnering with IT to streamline data and reporting
  • Advising on industry leading best practices regarding Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics

Advanced Analytics and Modeling

  • Translating business requirements into technical requirements necessary to drive digital solutioning, design, and implementation
  • Leading key design decisions and recommendations regarding the planning and reporting platform solutions
  • Evaluating system integrations and architecture to improve planning and reporting model interoperability
  • Application and model development within planning platform (i.e. Anaplan)
  • Interacting directly with end users and becoming a subject matter expert in order to architect and design our solutions and serve our customers

Business Analysis and Agile Project Management

  • Supporting the Finance Transformation Management Office (FTMO) by working with our Business Partners to gather process, data, and functional requirements necessary to automate planning activities
  • Driving projects and solutions to enable efficiency and optimization within the Planning End to End Process through various Planning technologies (i.e. Anaplan, Oracle EPM, etc)
  • Leading Sprint planning, execution, sprint review sessions and project management
  • Delegation and oversight of model development activities impacting broader team
  • Leading teams and working with a large number of stakeholders in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Three or less direct reports

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience
  • Six or more years of data forecasting and modeling experience
  • Experience building and/or supporting Anaplan models for financial and/or operational planning.
  • Experience with planning model development
  • Experience with planning technology (Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, etc.) development
  • Expereince with Agile Project Management methodology to enable sprint planning, execution and management
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

Anaplan Specific

  • Anaplan Model Builder certification
  • Anaplan Solution Architect certification
  • Master Anaplanner certification
  • Have worked on multiple complex Anaplan implementations
  • Acted as lead solution architect on one or more Anaplan implementations

Planning Processes and Technologies

  • Experience with financial and operational planning projects from beginning-to-end (from initial requirements to user acceptance testing)
  • FP&A Planning activities and cycles (forecast, budgeting, 5 Year Plan, etc)
  • Experience defining requirements and getting solutions for data integration and automation

Business Intelligence

  • Experience with a wide variety of BI tools, such as Qlik, Thoughtspot, Essbase, and Looker.
  • ETL requirements and/or development experience
  • Knowledge of data warehousing methodologies
  • Strong data reporting and visualization experience with the ability to tell a story and drive analytics solutions.
  • Willingness to gain training/certification in designated technologies.
