You'll be leading a team of Business Development Representatives in the UK who carry responsibility for driving sales and the acquisition of new business.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Inspiring, coaching, and mentoring to get the best out of your team and enable them for success.
  • Assigning performance objectives to align with the team’s goals.
  • Meeting regularly with your team members, both individually and in groups, to provide support and direction, identify challenges that they are facing and maintain a strong working relationship.
  • Working with all team members to build personalised development plans.
  • Creating and maintaining an environment which motivates and encourages all employees to perform at their best.

Where you'll be working:

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience in business to business technology sales.
  • Experience of leading a sales team and owning responsibility for team objectives and quota.
  • Previous experience as a sales person and achieving your own sales targets and objectives.

Even better to have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelors degree in a business or management related subject.
  • Experience of working for a multinational technology company.
  • Knowledge of commonly recognised leadership best practice.
  • Strong knowledge of technology and SaaS.
  • Consistency in successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and quota.
  • Experience in solution selling.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
