What you’ll be doing...
The Verizon CX Strategic Initiatives team is an internal group tasked with evolving the Verizon customer experience by envisioning and concepting new or reimagined products and services with customers at the center. The team is assembling the brightest talent in design, design strategy, research, and product management to collaborate with other Verizon organizations to shape the future of customer experience.
Your role focuses on defining and aligning teams around a design vision that informs approach and increased accountability for opportunity framing and solution quality. You develop and communicate a strong point of view as a mentor and thought leader within the Design organization. While the role of Principal Designer does not require formal management responsibilities, you may lead a group or project within CX Strategic Initiatives. You play a critical role in elevating design dialogue and shaping the design process within teams throughout Verizon Design.
