What you’ll be doing...
You will be responsible for supporting organization-wide events, communications, collaboration platforms, and engagement campaigns across the Finance Bill to Cash (B2C) organization. You should possess a passion for leading events and creating impactful content while staying on the edge of new technologies. Planning and organization is key to success in this role. As part of the SVP Chief of Staff Support Team, you should be able to manage multiple projects and programs while meeting deadlines and deliverables.
In this position, you will proactively partner with our internal customers and drive consistent experiences throughout; leveraging experience and business knowledge to transform the way we do business, verbally and visually. You will also create and maintain successful alliances with key resources; often interacting with executive audiences and senior leadership. Finally, you will play a key role in driving engagement with information across B2C to enable and support a diverse group of team members and stakeholders, while emphasizing high-performance culture across the organization.
Where you'll be working...
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for...
You have effective and proven presentation skills. You're a strong leader with exceptional project planning, organization, and probing/listening skills. Your creativity, business acumen and interpersonal skills are exemplary. You're an adept and analytical problem solver, with excellent organizational and time management skills. You're able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions and redefined priorities while making recommendations that contribute to the overall success of communications and projects. You're detail oriented with the ability to leverage existing processes/procedures; turning gaps and finds into improvements.
