What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for supporting organization-wide events, communications, collaboration platforms, and engagement campaigns across the Finance Bill to Cash (B2C) organization. You should possess a passion for leading events and creating impactful content while staying on the edge of new technologies. Planning and organization is key to success in this role. As part of the SVP Chief of Staff Support Team, you should be able to manage multiple projects and programs while meeting deadlines and deliverables.

In this position, you will proactively partner with our internal customers and drive consistent experiences throughout; leveraging experience and business knowledge to transform the way we do business, verbally and visually. You will also create and maintain successful alliances with key resources; often interacting with executive audiences and senior leadership. Finally, you will play a key role in driving engagement with information across B2C to enable and support a diverse group of team members and stakeholders, while emphasizing high-performance culture across the organization.

  • Partner with key stakeholders on business imperatives to research and provide communications via email, for internal publication.
  • Identify, build and execute strategic and tactical communication initiatives to support key messages and priorities across all of B2C.
  • Advance the development and learning of the organization, while delivering innovative engagement content to enhance internal employee development and dot-connection.
  • Manage varied ad hoc projects and reports that require coordination across the various teams, as required.
  • Assist in supporting the Senior Vice President of B2C and leadership team through the development of executive level presentations.
  • Work with key stakeholders to create video content for both on-line self-service and live demonstration.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You have effective and proven presentation skills. You're a strong leader with exceptional project planning, organization, and probing/listening skills. Your creativity, business acumen and interpersonal skills are exemplary. You're an adept and analytical problem solver, with excellent organizational and time management skills. You're able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions and redefined priorities while making recommendations that contribute to the overall success of communications and projects. You're detail oriented with the ability to leverage existing processes/procedures; turning gaps and finds into improvements.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, or Education.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or Education.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools for design and creation of graphics, video creation/editing.
  • Experience with desktop applications, including Microsoft Office and G Suite products.
  • Ability to successfully communicate ideas and recommendations to all levels within the B2C organization.
  • Experience in corporate branding.
