What you’ll be doing...

Work independently project managing strategic initiatives for the Contract and Rate Management team. The successful Consultant will drive necessary business requirements, create strong user stories, execute testing, build audits, andsupport various projects. Additionally, the Consultant will be responsible for rate entry of complex products and contracts. The Consultant must understand the entire organizational perspective and work collaboratively to deliver business results.

  • Represent the organization in meetings, providing requirements, and completing user testing in collaboration with Analysts and Senior Analysts on the team.
  • Contract and Rate implementation.
  • Providing strategic recommendations on complex processes or issues that improve operational metrics.
  • Ensure new products or process changes impacting the team are appropriately evaluated, and audit & control solutions are defined and implemented to ensure accuracy.
  • For more complex scenarios, provide guidance and assist analysts in ensuring implementation processes are followed.
  • Lead and actively participate in related meetings/conference calls, providing regular status reporting to the user community and leadership.
  • Creatively identify automated solutions, pinpoint the root cause of issues, and recommend and drive solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Finance Bill to Cash related inquiries for the projects supported.
  • Identify, raise, and drive resolution to system production issues.
  • Support and proactively embrace new projects, processes, and changes.
  • Lead the team by being a role model, identify opportunities for process improvements, and assist the team in achieving all goals.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experiencewith Google Office Suite.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Facilities and Equipment Rate implementation experience.
  • SQL Experience.
  • Ability to listen effectively and communicate feedback and complex solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to exercise discretion when escalating issues to management.
  • Ability to be flexible, creative, and resourceful.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize own workload, meet deadlines, and handle multiple demands and competing priorities efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
