Responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging and closing sales, cross-selling and up-selling to provide new revenue streams within the existing customer base.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that all expansion efforts result in positive results for both the company and the customer.
  • Developing and managing strategic migration campaigns, to transition customers to the correct solution and product platforms to drive retention.
  • Growing revenue from existing account base within your assigned territory through building strong client relationships.
  • Building strong working relationships with your customers which lead to long-term partnerships.
  • Keeping accurate and detailed records of all sales activity within our CRM (Salesforce.com)

Where you'll be working:

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience of selling to business customers and carrying a sales quota.
  • Experience of building relationships with customers (or prospective customers) and driving revenue growth.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in Technology sales.
  • History of exceeding sales targets and objectives.
